Siliguri Prince Riders enables the bike rider to use the vehicle only in Sikkim, Darjeeling, Dooars and Bhutan.The conditions given below, on our website and the bike receiving/collecting form together with FAQ (frequently asked questions) forms the basis of our contract with you.

Refundable deposit (Security Deposit) per bike: Rs.5000 to Rs.20000 depends upon bike. It is payable on Bike collection.

You have to submit an ID Proof while renting a bike: PAN CARD / ELECTION CARD / AADHAR CARD / PASSPORT / ID ISSUED BY CENTRAL or STATE GOVT in ORIGINAL for verification. The rider should have a valid license in possession and the same needs to be provided to the vendor for inspection on collecting the bike for rental.

The rider as well as the Pillion should be wearing a Helmet. The rider should have a valid driving license issued by the Govt. of India during the time period of the tour.

The pickup point and drop point will remain the same i.e. our office and the bike cannot be asked to be collected from a 3rd location, if it is required then extra charge has to be paid.

You will not be allowed to ride the bike under the influence of alcohol / banned drugs are strictly prohibited at all times. The person who is renting the motorcycle will be held responsible for any physical damage / theft or loss to the bike

Any physical damage / theft / loss to the bike will be the sole responsibility of the person renting the bike.

Booking Terms

In order to guarantee rate and rental dates 50% of the total invoice will be required only after that booking confirmation will be done.

Discount rates are available on major holidays and peak seasons

The rates for rent could change depending on the season

Maintenance Responsibility

Once the bike is handed over to the customer, he is solely responsible for general maintenance and should report mechanical failures immediately. There may be misunderstandings as the customers may be held responsible for mechanical damages due to negligence in motorcycle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.

Motorcycle Substitution

After the motorcycle is handed over to the customer you will not be able to change your bike.

Return Policy

It is advisable to return the bikes as per the date and time mutually agreed upon or between working hours (9am to 6pm). You have to give an advance notice if bikes are being returned at a time other than working hours. Security deposit fully or partially may be charged if the customer fails to return bikes and related documents on time.

Delay

If the vehicle is not returned within the grace period of 1hour then a fine of 100Rs is charged per hour. The fine will be applicable for a maximum period of 6 hours.

Over Speeding

It is highly advisable to keep the speed limit within 80kms per hour. You will be charged with a fine of Rs 200 if you cross the speed limit.

Consent

In future if we plan to change our privacy policy, we can change any policy at any point of time and will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it, you can see all these changes on our website timely.
